I reached out to the PAMS Facebook page and was in need of a Plumber urgently. I was given BCJ Trade Services details and rang, spoke to Ben. He was able to come and did come when he said he would. He was very professional, took a look at my leaking shower head and explained what he needed to and replaced a new shower head and washers. He was a life saver. I would highly recommend Ben from BCJ. So helpful, professional, honest, reasonable, great open communication and great quality work. Needed two toilets replaced to begin with and Ben was the first/ only plumber that had explained that the toilets I had purchased may not fit/ cover old area/ leaving unsightly marks/ exposed concrete. Helped me to find the exact fit. From then helped us with a range of other things, leaking mixers, bend tape ware to mention a few.
